Rahpooyan Zahor Mehr Cultural and Artistic Institute was established in 2013 with the permission of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province and was registered in the Companies Registration Office of the Country's Deeds and Real Estate Registration Office.
